Usage & Dosage
5.4kg size: Mix 300g (approximately two level 250ml measures; scoop included in the bag) with 700ml water in a shaker or blender. Consume between meals, 20–30 minutes after a workout, or 45–60 minutes before bed. Recommended consumption is one 300g serving per day. When starting out, begin with half the quantity and slowly increase to the full serving.
Warnings

Not suitable for those under 18. Once mixed, consume the shake immediately and do not leave to stand. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.
