Ingredients
Branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine in a 10:1:1 ratio), L-citrulline DL-malate (2:1), beta-alanine, L-tyrosine, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), emulsifier (lecithins from soy), colour (Sunset Yellow FCF*).

Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (20g) with 500–600 ml of water. Drink 1 serving daily, before or during workout.
